You already have experience, expertise and judgement. My role is to create the space for you to think more deeply, challenge assumptions and explore what's really driving the situation.

I've spent more than 20 years working across professional services, technology, marketing and business development, so I understand the realities of operating in complex corporate environments.
Alongside that corporate experience, I'm a professionally trained Executive Coach, with a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.
I bring a practical understanding of leadership, business and career progression to the coaching relationship - combined with the space to help you think through the challenges that matter to you.
My role isn't to have all the answers. It's to help you uncover yours.
