I bring more than 20 years of experience across professional services, technology, marketing and business development.

Why I coach

I became an Executive Coach because I understand the pressures that come with leadership and the value of having a confidential space to think, challenge assumptions and work through what matters.

My background

Before becoming an Executive Coach, I spent more than 20 years working across corporate and professional environments, including professional services, technology, marketing and business development.

I then spent five years as a Career Coach, supporting professionals through career decisions, transitions and progression. This experience strengthened my coaching practice and gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges people face as their careers evolve.

I now bring that experience together with my Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, helping experienced leaders navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with greater responsibility.
